A lovely vegan friendly cake with no processed sugar. You can replace the pine nuts with any other nuts of your choice.

Ingredients

450g very ripe bananas

50g pine nuts

90ml sunflower oil

60ml water

115g raisins

115g oats

115g wholemeal plain flour

1/2tsp vanilla extract

1tsp baking powder

Method 

Mash the bananas, add all the other ingredients, mix well.

Spoon into a lined 2lb loaf tin and bake at 190°c for 50-60 mins. Leave to cool in the tin for 10 mins. Enjoy with a nice cup of tea
